Push the button on the bolster is all you have to do to exchange the blades on the Gerber Freeman Exchange A Blade Knife. This Gerber 22-07195 model comes included with the drop point blade, the filet blade, a boning saw, and a sheath to hold all of the above. All three blades are made of high carbon stainless steel. The handle has a stainless steel core with nice pear wood onlays. The sheath is made of ballistic nylon with molded plastic inserts to protect from puncture.
