This Gerber Vallotton model 22-01528 has an assisted opening blade that uses the FAST technology. A simple push on the thumbstuds and this knife sends the blade out in a hurry. The blade is held in place and released by a piston lock integrated into the handle. The handle is checkered for extra grip. A bayonett style pocket clip sits on the end of the knife for eash concealed carrying.
