SHIPPING

Two Point Enterprise, LLC makes it a priority to ship all orders promptly. Orders usually ship within 24 hours of the date of purchase. If you provide an e-mail address you will receive a confirmation from our servers as soon as the order has been processed. Tracking information will also be sent from the carrier within 24 hours of your shipment.

Please make sure you enter your address correctly as the label will be printed just as you enter your information.  Make sure you enter apartment numbers, suite numbers or any other details.  We are not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses.

Shipping charges are not refundable for any reason.

Items that have been engraved upon are not eligible for refund. No exceptions, not even if you're not happy with how the laser engraving turned out. Products that have been engraved upon are no longer merchantable which is why we have a strict no return policy on said items.

Returned packages will not be acknowledged without proper RMA. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, irregardless of fault. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. No refunds will be given for returns that are postmarked more than 30 days after the purchase date.

No Cancellations. Once an order has been placed on our system it cannot be cancelled even if only one minute has passed since you placed the order. That said, customers are more than welcome to return unopened and undamaged merchandise in accordance with our return policy. 

We have the right to change the shipping method. If we deem it necessary, we have the right to change the shipping method chosen to one of similar speed and service. One common example of this is changing the shipping method from UPS Ground to USPS Priority. In certain circumstances the fuel surcharges and area surcharges from UPS are so great that we have no choice but to change the shipping method to USPS Priority. 

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, APO, and FPO will be shipped with USPS Priority Mail. Insured shipments with USPS will incur additional charges. By default no insurance is provided. Once the package is delivered to the USPS the buyer assumes risk of damage and/or loss.

Two Point Enterprise, LLC will normally ship using the shipping method selected. There are certain instances where Two Point Enterprise, LLC will use another shipping method than the method chosen by the customer. An example of this would be when the customer selects UPS as the shipping method but provides a PO Box. In this instance Two Point Enterprise, LLC would change the shipping method to USPS. The ultimate decision concerning shipping method shall be the sole judgement of Two Point Enterprise, LLC. If additional charges are incurred when Two Point Enterprise, LLC changes shipping methods those charges will be automatically charged to the total cost of the order.

Two Point Enterprise, LLC in most cases will ship 2nd Day Air and Overnight shipments the same day the order is placed. Two Point Enterprise, LLC recognizes our customers' urgency when ordering expedited shipments and places priority to those shipements. However, Two Point Enterprise, LLC reserves 24 hours to process any package no matter what shipping speed is purchased. We do not offer delivery for Saturdays and Sundays.

Two Point Enterprise, LLC is not responsible for any delay in shipping by any carrier. Two Point Enterprise, LLC will not issue shipping refunds, file claims on behalf of the customer, or provide any remedy for any missed or delayed shipments. By purchasing anything from Two Point Enteprise the customer agrees that missed or delayed shipments shall simply be chalked up as "bad luck" without remedy or discourse. "Without Discourse" means that Two Point Enterprise, LLC will not enter into any argument, formal discussion, debate, or conversation about missed or delayed shipments.

No proof of shipments can be given after 90 days after the purchase date. The reason for this is that most shipping companies only keep tracking and proof of delivery information active in their database for 90 days. Any disputes about proof of delivery or merchandise not received claims must be made no later than 90 days after the order date.
