Gerber Crew Served Weapons Tool 30-000853. This compact weapons tool is built to maintain the M249 Squad Automatic Weapon and M240 Crew Served Weapon. Comes with a tan MOLLE Compatible Nylon Sheath that closes with a snap and can fit up to a 2.5 inch belt through it. This is the Gerber crew-served weapons tool model 30-zero zero zero eight five three. Okay so I am just gonna be able to show you just the crew here. I'm not going to show you what this tool does because I do not have the weapons that these things actually help to clean. So this is Gerber's answer to battlefield maintenance and cleaning for two of the US Army's most fielded automatic weapons: the m249 squad automatic and the m240 crew-served weapon. So this tool itself is a good cleaning kit for you to have. They brag that it's light and compact, can easily fit into mul a sheath, and then you're ready to have this to go anywhere. I like how its detachable here; therefore, it doesn't have to just fit through your belt loop, it can go through your backpack or a shoulder strap just anywhere to put it on you and then carry it with you that way you'll have. Okay so inside got some neat things. They've got four on one side and four on the other. Now again um I really don't even know the names of all these because it's not listed anywhere on gerber site for me so I'm just going to be showing you this. Weighing in at 4.5 ounces. The steel type is 400 series stainless. The handle is made of glass filled nylon. And then over on this side you also have four again cleaning tools. I know that they're going to help help clean out the the pipes and different things on the weapon jury for the m249 and the m240. So I know this is very useful in the field.
