Gerber Gator II Folding Gut Hook Serrated 22-01448

Gerber calls this their thermoplastic grip technology. Well we don't know about all that, but the knife does has a nice grip on its plastic handle. The gut hook feature is pretty cool. Not only will it dress out game in a hurry, but it can get through a seat belt pretty quick, too. This particular Gator II model features a partially serrated blade.
