This is the Gerber Compact Sport Multiplier 400, model 05500. So Gerber has been making multitools for many years so again there's the 400 which is the compact size, then you have the 600 and then the 800 which is the larger size. So this one weighs 6.8 ounces so it's a little bit lighter and also smaller in length. So this one overall is at 5.63, when this one closes down you're at 4.37. So if you've ever thought, well you know I like a multitool but I really want something smaller, more compact, then this is the one you want to go for because it's going to have, the other one has like 14 features and this one has 11. So it's going to pretty much hit most of your major components. So we'll go through those but the same thing that you love on all the multitools, one-handed opening, just push in and they come in and out really easy. This one is a needlenose, this is the silver stainless steel. My wire crimpers here in the middle. Okay, oh yeah and it will come with this black nylon sheath. This is a ballistic nylon, Velcro and belt loop. This handle color is a bead blast finish and it is built in the USA with global materials. Great versatility here. Now you got the NATO tools and 11 other features inside here. So we're gonna open up and try to go through those. One thing, one of my favorites is gonna be the scissors so let's see what size that one's like. Yeah this one for me, cutting tags off, it's always been my pet peeve, not having something to cut the tags off kids clothes and stuff so I love having that one in the car. So again, the scissors you just turn it around and it's full functioning and just love that. Then here you've got your three sizes. Oh yeah and you saw that that locking mechanism. Sorry it won't let me turn it all the way in until I have it fully locked down or fully pulling that to unlock it, then it was able to go down. You've got your three sizes of your flat heads. Um, they're small, medium and large and in here you've got your can opener. Okay, let's see, the other side is going to have your knife which is fine edge and serrated and then it's going to have your screwdriver, Phillips screwdriver and another flathead and the can opener. So there you go. Again, I'm trying to think what else in addition. I think on the 600 I think that you have two different blades, one is a full fine edge and one serrated. So here what they do for the Compact Multi 400 is just put it all into one, that way you have versatility when you're using it to use the fine edge or have your serrated. Again it's not coming down, you must unlock it with the safety mechanism to get that blade closed and then it's ready to be compacted, folded and put in the sheath onto your belt loop and that way you have it right there on your waist, ready to go and not weighing only 6.8 ounces.
